To ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for both talent and users, we have established the following guidelines. By joining Orphil as talent, you agree to uphold these standards at all times.
1. Professionalism & Conduct
★ Always be respectful, engaging, and courteous during calls.
★ Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude toward users.
★ Avoid any offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
2. Content & Communication Rules
★ Keep all conversations appropriate and professional.
★ Do not discuss or share any illegal, NSFW, or harmful content.
★ Do not request personal contact details or social media handles.
★ All interactions must stay within Orphil’s platform.
3. Scheduling & Punctuality
★ Honor all confirmed bookings and be on time for scheduled calls.
★ If you need to reschedule, communicate with the user in advance.
★ Repeated no-shows may result in removal from the platform.
4. Payment & Platform Integrity
★ All bookings and payments must go through Orphil.
★ Do not request or accept direct payments from users.
★ Orphil retains a 20% service fee on all transactions.
5. Privacy & Security
★ Protect user confidentiality—do not record, screenshot, or share call details without informing them.
★ Do not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.
★ If a user behaves inappropriately, report the incident to Orphil support.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
★ Refunds are only issued if Orphil cancels a booking.
★ Users and talent can reschedule amongst themselves, but cancellations will not be refunded.
★ Be clear about your availability before accepting bookings.
7. Compliance & Enforcement
★ Violations of these guidelines may lead to warnings, suspension, or removal from Orphil.
★ Orphil reserves the right to review and update these guidelines as needed.
