1. About Orphil
Orphil is a platform that allows fans (“Users”) to book and pay for live video calls with their favorite talent (“Talent”). Orphil facilitates this booking and payment process but is not a party to the call itself.
2. No User Accounts
Users do not need to create accounts to use Orphil. All bookings are made as guests. Only verified Talent have accounts on the platform.
3. Booking and Payments
- Users purchase time slots (“Slots”) created and priced by Talent.
- Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
- Talent receives 80% of the amount paid for a slot. Orphil retains 20% as a platform fee.
4. Video Calls
- Video calls are conducted on external platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
- After purchase, Users receive a unique link to join the scheduled video call.
- Users must join at the correct time. No technical support is provided for joining late or missing the session.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Rescheduling is only possible if both the User and Talent agree to do so.
- Refunds are only issued if Orphil cancels the scheduled call.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations by the User.
6. Talent Conduct and Responsibilities
- Talent are fully responsible for managing their schedules, providing accurate availability, and being present for booked sessions.
- Talent agree to uphold professional behavior during calls.
7. User Conduct
- Users must behave respectfully during all video calls.
- Any form of harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior will result in permanent banning from the platform and legal action if necessary.
8. Content and Privacy
- Orphil does not record or monitor video calls.
- All personal information provided for booking is kept confidential and shared only with the Talent for the purpose of the call.
9. Platform Limitations
- Orphil is not responsible for technical issues, internet disruptions, or failures of external video platforms.
- Orphil does not guarantee the quality, duration, or outcome of any video call.
10. Intellectual Property
- All branding, logos, and content on Orphil.com are the intellectual property of Orphil.
- Talent are responsible for the content they post on their profiles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
